Summary

As a Care Assistant at My Homecare, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and personalized care to clients in their own homes. This position is essential for enhancing the quality of life for individuals requiring support, and it aligns with our commitment to excellence in service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity while providing compassionate care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure continuity of care.
  • Document client progress and report any changes in health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to home care services.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a caregiving role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of home care practices and client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.
  • A valid fulll driver's license is mandatory.
