Job Summary

The Salutation Inn is an independent 17th Century pub situated near Castle Combe village & race track, focusing on fresh food, locally-sourced & artisan drinks, and excellent informal service. With a strong culture of incremental improvements, we have firmly established ourselves as the leading local pub in the local area over the last 2 years.

We are looking for a full-time supervisor to join our growing team. Balancing attention to detail with the friendliness of a local pub, we serve fresh British seasonal dishes from our newly installed open kitchen.

What we're looking for:

  • You will have proven hospitality experience with at least 2 years' of experience.

  • You will be the kind of person who wants to share your passion and knowledge for all things food and drink with both colleagues and guests

  • Organised with the ability to multitask

  • Keen eye for detail

  • Able to communicate effectively with the skills to train colleagues
