We are now looking for an
experienced Internal Sales / Customer Service professional
to join our small, friendly team within our busy sales office. Full product and systems training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional, timely manner.
  • Provide product and first-tier technical support (training provided).
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts.
  • Prepare quotations and advise customers on stock availability.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Carry out general office and administrative duties as required.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous
    internal sales or customer service experience
    within an industrial or B2B environment.
  • Excellent
    verbal, written, and numerical skills
    .
  • Strong
    problem-solving abilities
    and a proactive approach to customer care.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office
    (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • GCSE / O-Level grade C (grade 4) or above in Maths and English.

Beneficial but not essential:

  • Level 3 / HNC or equivalent qualification in a technical or engineering subject.
  • Experience with
    SAP
    systems.
