What qualities we're looking for?

  • You have a genuine passion for cooking and learning, a natural leader with positive attitude towards work
  • Well organised with the ability to follow instructions and guidance
  • strong background in team management and leadership, with a focus on staff development and motivation
  • Experience working with fresh food and produce, preferably in a similar Mediterranean restaurant environment
  • Certified Hygiene level-2 or higher and with sound knowledge of health and safety regulations within a food service environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry would be ideal but not required

What are your main Duties?

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant and kitchen
  • Supervise staff in food production, cooking, and food preparation
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the premises
  • Implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
