The Role

Job Title:
 Brand Account Manager

Location:
 Pearsons of Enfield, North London

Salary:
 £30,000 + 3% uncapped commission

Schedule:
 Full-time, 5 days/week

Brands:
 New Notes, Antinomie, Houbigant Paris, and more...

As our in-store ambassador, you'll be responsible for 
driving sales, elevating the client experience, and ensuring flawless brand presentation
 — all while building and leading a small team.

What You'll Do

  • Hit and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Build a loyal client base through standout service and clienteling
  • Lead and motivate up to two part-time consultants
  • Manage daily operations, including rotas and reporting
  • Maintain immaculate counter presentation and retail excellence
  • Build strong relationships with Pearson's management and buying teams

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in luxury or premium retail (fragrance/beauty preferable)
  • Strong sales track record and commercial mindset
  • Confident leader with great organisational skills
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial, proactive approach
  • Passionate about fragrance and aligned with our fun, laid-back culture

What We Offer
