She Builds With AI is a transformative initiative dedicated to empowering women to confidently enter the fields of artificial intelligence, automation, and technology innovation. Regardless of their background or level of experience, participants gain access to workshops, practical education, and community-driven events to develop essential skills. At its core, the organization champions inclusivity and aims to ensure women are active participants in the tech revolution by turning curiosity into capability and fostering meaningful change.

Role Description

This role is perfect for someone who loves building community, creating meaningful connections, and supporting women stepping into AI and tech. You'll help us grow our network, support our in person events, and develop partnerships that strengthen our mission.

What you'll do:


• Support and engage our growing community


• Build and manage partnership relationships


• Help plan workshops and events


• Maintain strong communication with community members and stakeholders


• Contribute to initiatives that empower women in technology

What we're looking for:


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Experience in community engagement or community management


• Organized, proactive, and self-motivated


• Passion for diversity, inclusion, and empowering women in tech


• Bonus: experience with events or partnership development

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Expertise in Community Engagement and Community Management to foster a supportive and active network
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address community members' needs and ensure a positive experience
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive with a passion for diversity, inclusion, and empowering women in technology
  • Experience in event planning, partnership development, or community-focused initiatives is a plus
