Requirements

As an Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, and driving both personal and technical growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects while championing a people-first approach to leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers through regular 1:1s, career development plans, and feedback cycles.
  • Cultivate a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Product and Design to align engineering efforts with business goals.
  • Advocate for team wellbeing, work-life balance, and professional development.
  • Drive hiring, onboarding, and team-building initiatives.
  • Facilitate agile processes and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
About You
  • Proven experience in engineering leadership roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passionate about coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fostering clarity.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and modern engineering practices.
  • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
