We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Manager to join our Customer Success Team. The appointed Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services, managing client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams for our existing client base.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for retainer clients regarding service delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams - developers, designers, analysts, and functional consultants, to meet project goals or sprint goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in delivery processes boost efficiency and quality.
- Report and forecast development progress.
- Bridge communication between technical teams and clients.
- Coordinate resources and work schedules
- Develop client technology road maps alongside Wattle's account manager, providing ideas and recommendations on features and functions to add business value in future
- Work with Client Product Owners to gather requirements
- Consult with clients to provide future recommendations for delivery
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our systems and products to offer expert advice to clients
- Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies such as sprint planning, refinement activities and sprint reviews.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Your Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
- Proven ability to work closely and in sync with technical teams.
- Proficient in agile principles.
- Familiar with task management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Desired Experience
- Agency experience (working supplier side)
- Familiarity with non-profits, trade, or membership organisations
- Experience managing multiple projects or work streams simultaneously
