We are now seeking a UK Sales & Community Manager to lead our UK bridal accounts, nurture client relationships, and build a vibrant retailer community across Ellis Bridals and Kelsey Rose. This is a key senior role for someone with strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and a genuine passion for connecting with people and growing brands.
The Role
You will be responsible for driving UK sales, developing long-term retailer relationships, and elevating the overall customer experience for our bridal stockists.
You'll lead UK customer care with a focus on continual improvement — identifying how we can go further in creating an exceptional brand experience for every partner. Alongside nurturing our existing community, you will identify and onboard new UK stockists in line with brand positioning and growth targets, ensuring the continued expansion of our presence nationwide.
Reporting directly to the Director, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver a joined-up UK growth strategy that balances sales performance, loyalty, and brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UK wholesale sales for Ellis Bridals and Kelsey Rose.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing UK bridal boutiques.
- Identify and onboard new UK stockists in line with brand positioning and growth targets.
- Oversee and elevate the UK customer experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and values of our brands.
- Develop and execute a UK retailer community plan — connecting, supporting, and celebrating our partners through events, content, and communication.
- Present collections to retailers and manage trade show appointments.
- Provide sales insights and regular reporting to the Director and Head of Sales.
- Collaborate with Marketing on storytelling, retailer features, and social engagement.
- Support the Customer Care team.
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience in bridal, fashion, or luxury wholesale/account management.
- Proven ability to build relationships, drive sales, and manage key accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication — warm, clear, and professional.
- Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded.
- Confident presenting and representing the brand at trade shows and in-store visits.
- Passionate about building community and fostering brand loyalty.
