We are currently seeking a Part -Time Chef de Partie specialising in European cuisine. As a Chef de Partie with our client, you will play a vital role in the kitchen team, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver an unforgettable dining experience for guests. Your culinary skills, creativity, and attention to detail will significantly contribute to the success of the kitchen operations. Our client offers a welcoming and collaborative environment where your expertise will be valued and your career growth supported.​ Responsibilities: ​Prepare and cook a wide range of European dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts.Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.Develop and test new European recipes and menu items.Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in European cooking techniques and recipes.Collaborate with front -of -house staff to ensure seamless service.Handle and resolve kitchen -related issues promptly and professionally.Assist in kitchen operations during busy periods.Maintain consistency in cooking and presentation across all dishes.Plan and execute special European -themed events and promotions.Monitor and manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance as needed. ​RequirementsProven experience as a Chef de Partie with a focus on European cuisine.Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.Strong knowledge of traditional and modern European cooking techniques.Ability to work in a fast -paced environment and handle pressure.Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy items.
