We are continuing to grow and are seeking a Conversion Operator to join our team.

Conversion Operator

Continuous rotating 3-shift pattern: earlies/lates/nights, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packing finished products
  • Machine minding (full operator training provided)
  • Conducting quality checks on finished goods
  • Visual inspection of incoming goods
  • Completing process documentation

About You:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be comfortable working in a production environment with a strong focus on teamwork
  • Be capable of following quality management systems and adhering to standard operating procedures
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Be able to work efficiently in a task-focused environment

This is a full-time, permanent role based on a standard 37.5-hour week across a rotating 3-shift pattern. Candidates should ideally be flexible and willing to adjust working hours when required to meet operational needs.
