About The Role
Are you a confident leader with a passion for delivering high-quality maintenance services? We're looking for a
Senior Contracts Supervisor
to join our team in Ealing, supporting the Project Lead and managing a dynamic team of supervisors, administrators, operatives, and subcontractors.
You'll ensure service excellence across Voids, Disrepair, Day-to-Day Repairs, and Planned Works, while driving performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage operational teams to meet KPIs and service standards
- Oversee scheduling, inspections, and quality control
- Deliver toolbox talks, team meetings, and performance reviews
- Ensure health & safety compliance and resident protection
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive commercial success
- Support onboarding, training, and development of staff
People Management
- Direct Labour Workforce
- Subcontractors
- Admin & Contract Support Staff
What You'll Bring
Knowledge & Experience:
- Housing maintenance legislation & property management
- Site management & planned works
- Strong commercial awareness & KPI understanding
Qualifications
- SSSTS / SMSTS (Mandatory)
- Asbestos Awareness (Mandatory)
- Scaffold Inspections (Preferred)
- Trade-related qualification (Preferred)
