Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Manager role based in Ormskirk. The Manager will be responsible for leading and executing dynamic marketing strategies, optimizing digital campaigns, and ensuring alignment with company goals. Daily tasks include overseeing Google PPC and Meta Ad campaigns, developing email marketing funnels, managing tracking tools like GA4 and Tag Manager, and implementing effective retargeting and lead generation strategies. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with clients, analyzing campaign performance data, and adapting strategies as needed to achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ad campaigns, and search and shopping ad strategies.
  • Experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns and implementing retargeting strategies.
  • Proficiency in GA4 and Tag Manager for campaign tracking and data analysis.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills to oversee and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and reporting skills with a focus on delivering clear insights and building client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and achieving targeted goals.
  • Background in digital marketing, analytics, or a similar field; a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications is a plus.
  • Experience in creating data-driven marketing strategies and delivering measurable results is highly beneficial.
