Role purpose

We are looking to recruit a Digital Skills Coach on a 9 month fixed term basis.

The postholder will be responsible for planning, developing and delivering comprehensive training programmes to support the successful adoption of Document Management Solutions (DMS) across the organisation, enhancing employee' knowledge and technical skills. Working alongside the Project Team, this role plays a key part in facilitating user engagement, driving behavioural change and adoption and ensuring consistent usage across all domestic and overseas offices.

What will you be doing?

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Design and deliver both generic and tailored training for end users across all geographies on our DMS platforms (iManage Work and MS365)
  • Collaborate with Department Heads and Data Stewards to assess training needs for each department.
  • Create engaging instructional materials, including user guides, video tutorials, FAQs and e-learning modules.
  • Conduct one to one coaching, classroom sessions, webinars and virtual training workshops as required.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys and performance metrics.
  • Support learners with troubleshooting and technical guidance.
  • Liaise with the Learning Governance Committee.
  • Partner with Project Team to drive adoption and strategies for DMS learning, as well as developing a training timeline/plan.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Data Governance to align DMS training with company policies, data protection and quality standards.

About you

Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Essential

  • 3-5 years' minimum experience as an IT Trainer, Systems Trainer, or similar
  • Hands on experience with DMS platforms
  • Experience conducting training across multiple regions or international offices
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Emotional Intelligence skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Desirable

  • Knowledge of iManage Work
  • Knowledge of MS365 (particularly SharePoint and Teams)
  • Experience of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience working in system implementation projects
  • Familiarity with Change Management concepts
  • Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and blended learning methodologies

Salary starting from £40,000 per annum, dependant upon experience
