Job Description:

Join a fast-moving team at the forefront of data and AI, building the foundation for intelligent systems. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll bridge customer needs with product development, owning the end-to-end process from problem-solving to deployment, and directly shaping the future of an innovative platform.

What you will do:

  • Engage directly with customers to understand their core problems and rapidly build effective solutions.
  • Deploy, optimize, and troubleshoot solutions end-to-end, ensuring successful adoption and iteration.
  • Continuously bring customer insights back to the team, directly shaping product development and company strategy.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3-5 years of experience in software engineering or a technical role (CS, Data Science, Physics, Math, Engineering).
  • Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar languages; logic programming is a plus.
  • A strong problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity, adapts quickly, and is deeply customer-obsessed.
