Role Overview

We are looking for a
Frontend Developer
to help build and scale the
web application
.

You'll work closely with the founder to turn
Figma designs and AI-driven workflows
into a fast, elegant, and production-ready frontend.

This is a
hands-on role
—you'll directly shape the product users interact with.

Responsibilities

  • Build responsive, high-performance UI using
    /
  • Convert
    Figma designs
    into pixel-perfect components
  • Implement
    dashboard-heavy UI
    (charts, timelines, skill graphs, career trees)
  • Integrate frontend with
    REST / API endpoints
  • Manage
    state, forms, and dynamic user flows
  • Ensure
    performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
  • Collaborate on UX improvements and animations
  • Maintain clean, scalable, and reusable component architecture

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with
  • Hands-on experience with
    (App Router preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of
    JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Experience with
    Tailwind CSS or modern CSS frameworks
  • Familiarity with
    API integration (REST / JSON)
  • Understanding of
    component-based architecture
  • Experience working with
    Git / GitHub
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment

Good to Have (Bonus)

  • Experience with
    ShadCN / Magic UI
  • Experience building
    dashboards or SaaS products
  • Knowledge of
    charts/visualization libraries
  • Experience with
    Vercel deployment
  • Understanding of
    UX, animations, and micro-interactions
  • Prior experience working on
    AI-powered products
