What You'll Do

• Support children in care and care leavers aged 16-25.
• Help young people prepare for and manage independent living.
• Work alongside experienced Personal Advisors and social workers to learn best practice.
• Attend meetings, undertake visits, write case notes, and keep accurate records.
• Connect young people with resources and community services.

What We're Looking For

• A Birmingham care-experienced young person.
• You want to make a positive difference in people's lives.
• You're willing to learn and work as part of a team.
• No experience? No problem We'll give you all the training and support you need.
