What You'll Do:

  • Create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers – your store, your way
  • Analyse sales performance and drive those numbers up with innovative strategies.
  • Deliver on KPIs and ensure your store is thriving and profitable.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop your team to smash store objectives.
  • Keep our standards high – from visual merchandising to Health & Safety.
  • Manage stock levels and costs like a pro.
