Contract Details: Full time, fixed term (6 MONTHS)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our clients' project team on a fixed term contract for 6 months.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the project, until completion. It is a new build care home facility in Chester with circa £13m left to complete of a £48m total project value. You will work closely with the site team to understand the project requirements and develop effective strategies to deliver a successful outcome. This role is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget

- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management

- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives

- Conduct weekly project meetings and provide accurate meeting minutes and action items

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

- Manage project change requests and assess their impact on timelines and budgets

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, or a related field

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a main contractor environment

- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
