Your primary focus will be on overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining a well-organized, productive work environment. You will play a key role in supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, helping staff perform at their best and ensuring customers have a fantastic experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Shift Oversight: Open and close the store with attention to detail, ensuring everything is in place for a smooth transition.
Team Support: Supervise and motivate the team, providing guidance and helping them stay focused on their tasks. Lead by example to create a positive and productive atmosphere.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a top-notch experience.
Operational Efficiency: Monitor the flow of service, ensuring timely food preparation and customer delivery while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Staff Guidance: Help coordinate work schedules, assist with training new team members, and ensure all team members are following operational standards.
Stock Assistance: Assist with monitoring inventory levels and notify the management team when stock needs replenishing.
Cash Management: Support cash handling processes and assist with till reconciliations at the end of shifts.
Collaboration: Work alongside the management team to implement daily operations, troubleshoot challenges, and contribute ideas for improving efficiency.
Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times, both in the kitchen and front-of-house areas.
What We're Looking For:
· Previous experience in a supervisory or similar role within a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and guide a team effectively.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing daily tasks.
· Ability to remain calm under pressure and keep the team focused during busy periods.
· A hands-on approach to leadership, with a willingness to support both customers and staff.
