Who Are We?
YourCare Yorkshire provides high‑quality Domiciliary Care and Support to people aged 5–64, both in their own homes and out in the community.
Unlike traditional short care visits, our support sessions are a minimum of 4 hours, allowing you to:
- Build meaningful, long‑lasting relationships
- Support people with purpose and consistency
- Avoid rushed, "fly‑in fly‑out" care
We take great care to match team members with the people we support, making introductions beforehand to ensure a positive and comfortable relationship.

Key Responsibilities as a Personal Assistant:
Social Connections - Provide regular, meaningful social interaction to ensure people feel valued, supported and connected.
Daily Living Support - Assist with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, maintaining the home and light household duties.
Outings & Appointments - Support people with community activities, clubs, shopping, social events and appointments—helping them stay confident and independent.
Role Requirements:
- Ability to work alternate weekends
- A UK Driving Licence and access to your own car
- A DBS Certificate (we cover the cost)
