Role Description

This is a contract role for a Dance Teacher who teaches any or all of thr following disciplines: Jazz, Acrobatics, Contemporary, Lyrical and Ballet. The role is on-site and located in Chertsey, Surrey, KT16.

The applicant will be responsible for instructing intermediate, advanced and elite level dance classes, developing dance education programs, choreographing or polishing and rehearsing competitive routines, and engaging with both students and their families. Daily tasks include planning lessons, conducting classes, and collaborating with other instructors to provide a cohesive and engaging dance education experience.

• Dance Education, and Teaching skills

Acro teaching and qualifications a bonus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to connect with a diverse group of students from age 4-15.
• Experience in creating inclusive and supportive learning environments
• Relevant dance certifications are advantageous
