We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties

  • Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills for processing payments.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, showcasing your understanding of hospitality practices.
  • Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure compliance in all aspects of service.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members alike.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow accurately.
