Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable SIA Licensed Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. Your responsibilities will include monitoring surveillance systems, conducting patrols, and responding to security incidents. If you have a strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring the safety of others, we encourage you to apply. We will ensure your safety with high vis stab vests and up to date body cams.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security of the property

  • Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance and take appropriate action

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns

  • Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities

  • Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary

Qualifications:

  • GSCEs or equivalent required

  • Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role is preferred

  • Knowledge of security operations and procedures is a plus

  • First Aid/CPR certification is an asset

  • Strong observation skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations

  • Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is advantageous
