Job Responsibilities- Provide expert technical support and proactive advice to customers across multiple industries.
- Deliver product training and demonstrations to help clients get the most from our solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to implement and maintain CAM applications.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Keep the team updated with progress reports, insights, and risk areas.
- Maintain top-notch quality and reliability in everything you do.
- Solid experience in manufacturing engineering.
- CAD/CAM/CNC programming experience (Edgecam/NCSimul preferred; training available for other systems).
- Knowledge of CNC controllers (Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc, Mazak); on-machine probing is a plus.
- Strong team player with initiative, methodical approach, and attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills.
- Willing to travel within the UK as needed.
- Valid UK/EU passport or UK visa, with the right to reside in the UK.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Full-time and permanent employment contract
