Tender Supply Analyst – Europe Supply Team

We're looking for a Tender Supply Analyst to play a key role in ensuring cost-effective, reliable fuel supply for our Commercial and General Aviation customers across Europe.

- Provide comprehensive support to the European Supply Team and Bulk Sales Team.
- Manage tender processes for Commercial and General Aviation customers.
- Input costs and fees into our Tender Management System (TMS) and Oracle Commodity (CXL) systems.
- Coordinate tender contracts and collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Assist with niche sales opportunities and ensure competitive market positioning.
- Support invoice queries and new business partner onboarding.
- Deliver accurate reporting and analysis to keep operations running smoothly.
Essential Skills:
- Fluent English communication skills (written and oral).
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Analytical mindset with excellent numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of hedging and price risk management.
- Experience in supply chain management within oil or commodities.
- Degree qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Additional European languages are a plus.
