In this role, you will be expected to bring a proactive approach to HR challenges, offer strategic guidance, and ensure that our HR practices not only support our employees but also drive the overall success of TryHackMe.Who would a HR role at TryHackMe best suit? At times, this will require collaboration with our Employee of Record (EOR), and utilising our HRIS, HiBob.You'll contribute to the development and implementation of key people policies and proceduresYou will update and maintain TryHackMe's HR databases, ensuring all employee data is secure and up-to-dateYou'll assist in the coaching of line managers at all levels by providing training on key ER topics such as discrimination, difficult conversations and performance managementYou will provide expert guidance, advice and support to the business on ER issues, influencing key decision makersAn advocate for fairness, you will assist with resolving complex ER cases, including being part of disciplinary and grievance proceduresYou'll ensure compliance with global employment law and best practices to achieve optimal outcomes in all ER mattersWhere required, you'll get stuck-in with recruitment, supporting our TA Partner or Hiring Managers with sourcing, interview administration, offer and onboarding tasksThere will be the opportunity to support our HR Manager with the delivery of people projects both tactical and strategic in nature, including areas such as:Health, wellbeing and DE&I initiativesTryHackMe's benefits and perks review & enhancementsTransparent career framework and salary banding implementationSkills & RequirementsPlease note that, due to the level of expertise required for this opportunity, the below listed requirements will be explored in-depth during the interview stages.Essential:> 2 years experience in a mid-senior HR Advisor / Generalist roleExperience working in a small HR team, within a start-up/ scale-up is a mustExperience working with a remote and globally distributed teamsProven experience managing complex ER cases both independently and with HR colleaguesProven experience of developing HR policies and proceduresCurrent knowledge of UK Employment LawExperience with HR data, providing actionable insights to key stakeholdersA genuine interest in cybersecurity and a desire to contribute to the growth of a leading platform in this space Desired skills (not a deal breaker, but a huge plus):Experience using HiBob HRIS, or similarExperience working with Remote EOR, or similarExperience working in the tech/cyber/SaaS industryA basic understanding of any non-UK Employment LawBenefits & Perks Salary - Circa £45,000 GBP 100% Remote - In a fully digital world, work from anywhere you want Flexi Time - Choose your own hours as long as you have at least 4 hours of overlap with the UK timezone (from 8am - 6pm) Tools - a dedicated work laptop + any accessories you need to do your best work.
