Our King's Road store brings together three iconic brands – Superga, Sebago and K-Way – offering everything from classic tennis shoes to heritage deck shoes and functional outerwear. More than just a store, we aim to create a welcoming environment where customers feel inspired and our team feels proud to work.
We are looking for a Retail Supervisor who is passionate about people – customers and colleagues alike. You will play a key role in shaping the store's atmosphere, leading the team on the shop floor, and ensuring that everyone who walks through the door has an exceptional experience. At the same time, you'll support the management team in meeting sales goals and keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering outstanding service and creating a positive customer experience.
- Motivate and support the team to achieve sales and service targets, fostering a culture of collaboration and pride.
- Help develop team members by training, giving feedback, and sharing product knowledge.
- Maintain store standards, ensuring the space feels inviting, inspiring, and well-presented.
- Assist with day-to-day operations including stock management, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
Preferred Experience
- Previous supervisory or senior retail role.
- Experience leading or coaching a team.
- Confidence with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £14.50 per hour
