HAUZ is a next-generation talent management agency built by creators, for creators. We represent top talent in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, and work with global brands to deliver impactful, creative influencer campaigns.
The Role
We're looking for a self-motivated, results-driven B2B new business freelancer to supercharge our outreach to brands, agencies, and PR companies. You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, pitching our agency services, and driving new inbound briefs and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and reach out to qualified brands and agencies for influencer and talent campaigns
- Customise and send cold outreach emails/DMs, manage follow-ups, and maintain a strong pipeline
- Write and adapt decks, proposals, and pitch materials (templates provided)
- Set up intro calls/meetings for the HAUZ founder or senior team
- Track all outreach and activity in CRM/Google Sheets
- Provide weekly updates and reporting on progress and wins
About You
- Agency, influencer marketing, PR or creative sales experience (freelance/contract welcome)
- Self-starter who thrives on KPIs and hitting targets
- Confident communicator (written and spoken)
- Organised, detail-oriented, proactive, resourceful
- Familiarity with the creator economy, trends, and influencer campaigns
- Bonus: Existing contacts/network in fashion, beauty, lifestyle
Compensation
- Commission: 15% of net agency profit from closed deals
- Flexible, remote, with potential to grow as the agency scales
