Finance Assistant

Our finance team is looking for a Finance Assistant to join them on a fixed term basis.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively across the Finance function, supporting the requirements of our growing business. This role offers an opportunity to broaden your skillset, with potential to build valuable experience that may support longer-term career development. While we cannot commit to a permanent role at this stage, there may be scope for this opportunity to be extended.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Processing supplier invoices and expense claims
- Reviewing Aged Creditors and creating payment schedules
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies
- Maintaining accurate system data
- Dealing with client, supplier, and colleague enquiries
- Assisting with end of period reporting analysis and queries
About You:
- Proactive, motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to organise and manage your own time and prioritise workload where required
- The ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office with the ability to pick up new systems
- Accurate and attentive to detail
- A leader of your work and your professional learning
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively impact and influence others
