Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to develop and manage our social media channels. You will be responsible for building FODAL's online brand identity, creating engaging content, and driving customer engagement across multiple platforms. The role will support both our existing website and our upcoming channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and REDnote.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a social media strategy aligned with our brand and marketing goals

Manage daily operations on all social media platforms (website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, REDnote)

Create high-quality content including posts, photos, short videos, and stories

Monitor trends to produce relevant and engaging content for different audiences

Analyse performance data and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations

Work closely with the marketing and store management teams to promote new products, campaigns, and events

Respond to customer enquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media channels for a brand or business

Strong skills in content creation, especially short-form video (TikTok, Reels)

Excellent written communication and visual storytelling skills

Good understanding of online community engagement and social media analytics

Knowledge of REDnote marketing is an advantage

Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are a plus but not essential
