Location: Liphook, GU30

Salary: £40,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity for an experienced and determined Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a reputable, well-known estate agency in Liphook. Ideal for candidates with previous lettings and customer service experience looking to build a career in property.

Worth Recruiting is working with an established and highly regarded independent estate agency based in Liphook, GU30, known for its strong local presence across Hampshire and Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a professional and friendly team.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
  • Booking and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating rental offers between landlords and tenants
  • Assisting with tenancy applications and referencing
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and property managers
  • Ensuring properties comply with current lettings legislation
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and office targets  

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Significant previous experience in lettings
  • Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Smart, professional appearance and articulate speech
  • Ambitious, target-driven, and self-motivated
  • Local knowledge of Liphook and surrounding area is a plus
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car essential
