Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced female salon manager with an experience in traditional bridal makeup and hairstyles, saree draping in different styles, herbal facials, henna applications, waxing, facials, body massage, Indian head massage and eyebrow threading.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to maintain a positive and productive work environment. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Manage daily operations including waxing, facials, body massage, eyebrow threading and administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored services.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming salon environment.
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon.

Experience

  • At least two to three years of proven experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with clients effectively.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for enhancing client relations.
  • Administrative experience is essential for managing salon operations efficiently.
  • A strong understanding of beauty products and services is beneficial.
