The role sits within our Brand Experience Division at Wasserman Live, working on established brands in culture, entertainment and sport. The role will be varied across a number of accounts throughout the year. You will account manage the planning of brand experiences and events, including multiple activation concepts across festivals, sporting events, food and drink events, cultural events and exhibitions.
We're looking for an experienced experiential events professional to help shape, manage and deliver award-worthy brand experiences from insight to execution.
As a key member of the team, you will be involved in the project planning of events from start to finish. From strategy, client presentations, budgeting, feasibility and event management, always striving to create best in class brand experiences.
This will be a hybrid role with 2 days per week spent in our Orpington office and 1 day at our Aldwych office.
What You'll Do
Lead & Inspire
- Build trusted, day-to-day relationships with clients, becoming a true partner and strategic advisor.
- Translate client ambitions into powerful experiential concepts, using insight, creativity, and industry expertise.
- Champion best practice and high standards across every project, inspiring internal teams and partners.
Create Best-in-Class Brand Experiences
- Manage the full lifecycle of live activations – from strategic development through delivery and debrief.
- Contribute thinking to briefs, helping to shape strategic platforms and creative routes.
- Lead brainstorms, injecting fresh ideas and experiential thinking rooted in cultural relevance.
- Prepare compelling, well-crafted presentations and narratives for clients and internal stakeholders.
Own Projects from Concept to Curtain-Down
- Set up and manage project plans, timelines, workflows, documentation, scheduling and reporting.
- Oversee onsite delivery at festivals, sporting events, exhibitions, food & drink events and cultural activations.
- Manage budgets from start to finish, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, profitability and financial control.
- Handle venue sourcing, contracting, H&S documentation and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate production partners, staffing agencies, suppliers and third-party specialists.
Optimise, Learn & Grow
- Set KPIs and lead campaign evaluation, producing learnings and case studies that elevate our work.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts, advocating for Wasserman Live's full suite of services.
- Foster strong internal collaboration, drawing on expertise across the wider Wasserman network.
What You Bring
- 2+ years experiential / live events experience, across planning, production and on-site delivery.
- Strong account management capabilities and the ability to build long-standing client relationships.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple complex activations at once.
- Confident decision-making and the ability to remain calm, solutions-focused and proactive under pressure.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, with meticulous attention to detail.
- A creative mindset with the ability to contribute forward-thinking experiential ideas.
- Strong financial understanding, including budgeting, pricing, reconciliations and profitability management.
- Confident presentation development and delivery (PowerPoint proficiency essential).
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and team-motivation skills.
