What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience:

  • Greet customers in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Communicate confidently with a diverse range of customers
  • Showcase products and services, tailoring recommendations to individual customer needs
  • Answer customer questions clearly and accurately
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to support purchasing decisions
  • Manage sales transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Collaborate with your team to drive overall performance and results
