As an Assistant Manager at Amelia, you'll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the shop. You'll support the Store Manager in leading the team, ensuring exceptional service, and keeping operations running efficiently, even during the busy London rush.
Key Responsibilities
· Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
· Supervise, train, and motivate baristas and team members
· Deliver a consistent, high quality customer experience
· Manage stock levels and place supplier orders
· Handle cash management and daily reconciliations
· Assist with scheduling and shift planning
· Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shop environment
· Act as duty manager when required
What We're Looking For
· 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role (coffee or hospitality preferred)
· A genuine love for coffee and customer service
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
· Flexible availability, including early mornings and weekends
What We Offer
· Competitive pay: £14.25/hour (Sunday–Friday) | £15.00/hour (Saturday)
