The Role

We're seeking a skilled Residential Technician to develop working drawings and technical packages for housing and apartment projects. You will work with PLC and private clients to deliver high-quality residential environments from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed construction drawings and Revit models
  • Ensure compliance with building regs, NHBC and client standards
  • Coordinate with consultants and suppliers
  • Support project delivery from planning through to completion
  • Assist in resolving technical queries during construction

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years+ relevant experience in residential sector
  • Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD
  • Strong understanding of UK housing standards
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and proactive approach
