Job description

Real Estate Graduate required by established firm of Chartered Surveyors. Office based, full time position, company is based in Marylebone, Central London. APC training available with RICS supervisor.

Duties to include:-

  • Management of portfolio of properties
  • On-Site inspections and reporting to clients
  • Organising fire risk assessments and following through with action points
  • Liaising with clients and responding to email/phone enquiries
  • Instructing contractors and issuing work orders. Issuing notices and tendering for Section 20 works and carrying out tender analysis.
  • Working alongside our building surveyors, developing knowledge in building construction and maintenance.
  • Bill payments and insurance
  • Participating in AGM's alongside the Client Accountant, updating Clients and explaining budget forecasts
  • Debt chasing
  • Valuations

Job Type: Permanent

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Reference ID: Real Estate/Property Graduate

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel and other relevant software applications
