Requirements
What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Salon Manager, Assistant Salon Manager, or Front of House Leader in a hair or beauty salon
  • Strong leadership, people management & customer service skills
  • A passion for the hair & beauty industry and delivering exceptional client care
  • Sales-driven with the ability to motivate your team to achieve targets

What you'll do:

  • Lead, inspire & motivate a team of stylists, receptionists & apprentices
  • Deliver a 5-star client experience every day
  • Drive sales, hit targets & keep salon operations smooth
  • Recruit, train & develop your team
  • Ensure excellent customer service and salon standards at all times
