HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Human Resources Administrator to provide essential support to our HR function. You will assist with day to day HR administration, maintain accurate employee records, and contribute to a range of HR initiatives that support our people strategy.

Responsibilities
- Manage and update employee data , ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Support end to end recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain personnel files and ensure documentation meets legal and organisational requirements.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations processes.
- Provide general and ad-hoc administrative assistance.
Skills & Experience
- Previous administrative experience
- Prior HR experience or knowledge is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
- Proficiency with using Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work discreetly with confidential and sensitive information.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative in a supportive team environment.
Job Type: Part-time
