What We Are Looking For...

We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Front of House Team Leader with a background in working in a fast paced Pub & Dining setting. We need a passionate, guest obsessed individual with high standards, who thrive in working in a fast paced environment and have a desire to create memorable dining experiences for their guests.

The Role Involves...

  • Lead the front of house team during shift and assist the Management Team in the daily management and operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth & efficient service for our guests, deputising in their absence.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate front of house team members to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Assist with ensuring our high standards are met across the bar & restaurant.
  • Maintain bar & restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with H&S regulations.
  • Assist in managing the bookings system, labour costs, inventory levels and cash.
  • Liaise with the kitchen and management team to ensure the business objectives are being achieved.
