Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. Duties

  • Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of each student.
  • Utilize various teaching methods and learning technologies to facilitate effective learning experiences.
  • Provide tutoring in English.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure understanding and retention of material.
  • Collaborate with mentors to support student development and address any challenges.
  • Maintain records of student performance and provide feedback on areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in tutoring or teaching
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong writing skills for lesson planning and communication with students and mentors.
  • Experience of working with young people with special education needs is highly desirable.
  • Ability to engage students effectively, fostering a love for learning while addressing individual needs.
