About the Role

We're looking for a creative and driven Visual Merchandiser to join our London Flagship Store. Your role will be to bring the brand to life, deliver world-class visual standards, and ensure every store visit is visually inspiring and engaging.

You'll be responsible for designing compelling displays, maintaining store presentation, and translating the brand's vision into a captivating in-store experience. Working closely with the retail and management teams, you'll help drive sales and ensure the store reflects the energy, style, and identity of Manière De Voir.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain visually compelling displays across the store.
  • Ensure all products are presented in line with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with store management to plan seasonal layouts, launches, and campaigns.
  • Analyse visual impact and performance, using insights to optimise presentations.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and stock placement.
  • Stay up-to-date with global fashion trends and visual merchandising innovations.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, ideally in fashion or luxury retail.
  • Strong creative flair with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for fashion and current trends.
