We have a key role available in our award-winning Criminal Justice (CJ) service
As Data Administrator, you will be supporting our large team of mental health professionals and volunteers, who work in different criminal justice settings and in the community across London, with their data management and reporting needs.
The Post Holder Will Be Responsible For:
- Developing, improving and maintaining databases
- Implementing database change
- Evaluating and monitoring the FMHP service, in line with internal and external requirements

This is a part-time (22.5 hrs a week) fixed-term contract (till with the potential for extension subject to funding.
- Salary: £15,851
- Location: National office in Kennington, South London (inclusive of £2178 geographical allowance or fully remote)

Key Responsibilities
Key Functions of This Role
- Be responsible for developing, improving and maintaining databases, as well as implementing database change
- Develop, maintain, review and improve relevant administrative and financial systems and services, to ensure all requirements (internal and external) are met
- Facilitate project mapping including funding, developments and partnerships
- Make and record payments, invoices with regard to Together's policies and procedures
- Evaluate and monitor the Criminal Justice service, in line with internal and external requirements, through the coordination and collation of information submitted and dissemination to key partners and relevant internal departments
- Contribute to effective service user involvement including contact with service users
