Head of Internal Audit – (Transaction Banking, Digital Banking, Payments)

£120k+ (depending on experience)

London (4 days in office / 1 day from home)

An expanding specialist bank is seeking a highly capable Head of Internal Audit (SMF5). This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong background in Financial Services audit.

Key requirements:

  • Extensive Internal Audit experience within Banking/Financial Services
  • Expertise in Transaction Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, CHAPS
  • Knowledge of UK regulation and confidence in engaging with regulators
  • Either currently SMF5 or ready to step into the function
  • Able to work independently and deliver audits autonomously as the team grows
  • Must have existing right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship)
