Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Professional House Cleaners to join our cleaning team at BAS Concierge. BAS Concierge connects households within the UK with trusted, compassionate home support. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for cleanliness and customer service, looking to contribute to a professional and friendly atmosphere. Prior experience in home cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is advantageous.

In this role, you will visit multiple clients' homes, providing high-quality cleaning services that make their homes feel cared for and welcoming, so a drivers license is MANDATORY.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitise designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces
  • Change bed linens, towels, and replenish supplies as required
  • Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and polished to high standards
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
  • Maintain consistent communication with your Area Manager
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environment
  • Assist with laundry duties when necessary
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer requests promptly and courteously
  • Maintain organised storage of cleaning supplies and equipment

Qualifications

  • A Full UK Driving License is required
  • Previous experience in janitorial services, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable with good time management skills
  • Impressive communication abilities
