Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to join an high performing team delivering a prison expansion project in Oxfordshire. Responsible for leading workstreams to deliver the agreed outcomes and deliverables within time, cost and quality requirements.

You will be required to liaise and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to understand and deliver the project objectives and KPIs, providing day to day management and leadership of your workstreams and supporting the project team.

Key Job Responsibilities Determines project management, technical services and external resources required for project/s.

Tertiary qualifications in related (project management and/or construction related discipline), non-related degree or equivalent professional experience / apprenticeship, combined with a demonstrable intermediate level of role knowledge.

Appropriate Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card or equivalent.

Prince2 (or alternative local equivalent).

Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) or local equivalent. Potential Career Progression Roles Career progression horizontally may involve other project manager roles at P4/M2, across a function or cross functionally, to build a broader professional skill set.

Career progression vertically may involve moving to a senior project manager role at P5/M3.
