We have an exciting opportunity to join our Vertu Accident Repair Centre in Sunderland as a Paint Technician
If you want to work with one of the UK's biggest and most successful motor retailers, with the most up to date equipment, latest technology and tools then this is perfect for you. We are offering a fantastic basic salary of £38,480 with an OTE up to £50,000 depending on skills and experience.
You will be working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and there is no weekend working involved. We can be flexible with working hours and will discuss this on an individual basis,
As a Vehicle Painter you will be expected to carry out body repair and paint work. You will pay particular attention to quality and speed of completion in a way that reflects franchised dealership standards. You will ensure that every vehicle is 100% prepared in every way to the high standards.
You will be responsible for ensuring all jobs are completed within agreed time frames, and that a high level of productivity is maintained. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience.
In order to be successful, you must be experienced in all aspects of paint preparation and water-based paint technique.
You must have experience as a Vehicle Painter, Paint Technician or Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop environment, and must also hold a Full UK Driving licence.
