What You'll Be Doing As Creative Manager
The Creative Content Manager acts as our internal "studio lead," visiting sites, collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), and ensuring brand standards are applied across every output.
Key Responsibilities
- Create print ready and digital assets—brochures, flyers, posters, social graphics, website visuals, infographics, email banners, and sales sheets—optimised for channel and format.
- Plan, shoot, and edit video: explainers, customer interviews, case studies, product demos, site b‑roll, thought‑leadership clips; deliver versions for web, social, events, and sales.
- Capture product and site photography (people, equipment, environments) with correct composition, lighting, and sound
- Run an efficient collateral production process: intake briefs, schedule work, manage SME inputs, coordinate stakeholder reviews, secure approvals, and track version history.
- Own the asset library/DAM (e.g., SharePoint/OneDrive)
- Partner with Demand Gen to translate messaging into compelling creative; supply asset sets that enable campaign launch and iteration.
- Support presentations and events with stand graphics, large‑format visuals, slide decks, and motion loops.
- Support podcast and webinar production—artwork, intros/outros, lower thirds, thumbnails, basic audio editing, and post‑event content reuse.
What We Would Like You To Bring
Proven experience in a creative / content role with a portfolio demonstrating
multi‑format creative and
end‑to‑end production
ownership. In particular with a focus on design and video production, either from an inhouse, agency or freelancing background.

- Motion/animation skills (2D titles, kinetic typography, basic animations) desirable.
- Communication & collaboration: confident interviewing SMEs/customers; able to distil technical info into clear creative outputs.
