We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Corporate Finance & M&A Professional to join our in-house finance team. This role is a key strategic position responsible for leading financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and capital strategy initiatives that drive the company's growth and long-term value creation. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with strategic thinking and proven transaction execution experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the evaluation and execution of M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic investments from end to end.
• Develop and review complex financial models for valuation, scenario planning, and deal structuring.
• Conduct and oversee due diligence, coordinating with internal departments and external advisors (legal, tax, accounting, consultants).
• Provide financial and strategic recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Partner with business units to identify growth opportunities, optimize capital allocation, and assess investment returns.
• Oversee post-merger integration planning, financial tracking, and synergy realization.
• Prepare high-impact presentations and reports for executive and board-level decision-making.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to developing corporate finance capabilities across the organization.Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA strongly preferred.
• 5-plus years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or M&A within a corporate or advisory environment.
• Proven track record of executing transactions (M&A, divestitures, strategic partnerships).
• Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Strong executive presence, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects under tight timelines.
• High level of integrity, business judgment, and strategic mindset.
